1 production process

the raw gas from the coke oven in a coking plant is cooled by the circulating water of primary cooling air and cooling water, and then pressurized by the blower before entering the washing section of as process. The gas enters the H2S scrubbing tower and ammonia scrubbing tower in turn, and the NH3 contained in the gas itself is used to wash and remove the H21 in the gas by combining ammonia desulfurization and ammonia scrubbing. Once the sensor has problems with s, NH3 and HCN. The gas after removing H2S and NH3 enters two benzene washing towers in series, and the clean gas after benzene washing is sent to the company's gas pipe

2 analysis of main risk factors

the production raw materials and products used in coking gas desulfurization (4) start-up oil pump sulfur process contain flammable and explosive substances and their characteristics [1] are shown in Table 1.
